They help develop and implement personalised plans, connecting participants with suitable service providers.
Support Coordinators coordinate appointments and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services.
Their main objective is to empower participants to exercise choice and control over their supports.
Support Coordinators assist participants in navigating the complexities of the NDIS system and understanding their funding.
They facilitate informed decisions regarding service providers and support options.
The ultimate aim is to build participants' capacity, where possible, to independently manage their NDIS plans over time.
